chore: 交付物文件名对齐产品更名后的文档

产品更名时只改了文档没改文件，DELIVERY.md 写的是
eai_agentplatform.service / .env，磁盘上却是 eaisalestrain.*。
按文档改文件名（unit 内部路径本就是 /opt/eai_agentplatform，与之一致）。

- deploy/eaisalestrain.service -> deploy/eai_agentplatform.service
- deploy/eaisalestrain.env     -> deploy/eai_agentplatform.env
- 全仓库无任何地方引用旧文件名（仅 DR04 记录更名历史那行提到该词），不打断引用
